Rotary Die Cutters have a wide range of applications in rotary die-cut. Rotary Technology utilizes high-quality tool steel, precisely engraved and then vacuum heat-treated to 60-62HRC, to achieve excellent cutting results as well as long durability and wear resistance.

Solid Engraved Rotary Dies can be designed and manufactured to suit various converting machines. According to different applications, solid Rotary Dies can be made as Standard Dies, Pin Ejection Dies, Air Ejection Dies, Air Suction Dies, Segment Dies, etc. Blade height and angle can be designed and made to suit various substrates, either kiss-cut from the top, back-cutting, or cut-through applications.
